We are based in Sussex, UK.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

On business work days, orders before 1pm, will get dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will get dispatched the next day, or Monday if placed on Friday. Orders placed on weekends will get dispatched on Monday. Any customised or non regular products, we will aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days.UK inland delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

During busy periods of the year it can take longer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We can accept return on unused items within 14 days of receiving them.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used feeding items.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR BABIES/TODDLERS?

Yes – our feeding items are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials.
We only stock items we’d use ourselves, so safety and quality come first, always.
