DISPATCH TIME AND DELIVERY

We offer same-day dispatch on a business days, if order placed before 12pm. Any orders after 12pm will dispatch the next day. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays. will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch if the order is over £100.

The time your delivery arrives, will depend on which postage option you choose. When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at info@infantella.uk so that we can follow it up with the courier.

FREE & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over £100 (after discounts).

We can also offer international shipping, however please get in touch via email at info@infantella.uk with your delivery details. We can then get you an accurate shipping costs.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import/custom duties and taxes charged in your country will be your responsibility. Any duties and taxes charged placed during shipping will be passed on the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DETAILS

We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer's incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, Infantella is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event of you receiving damaged package, please report this to us at info@infantella.uk within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
